Having a trade show booth designed is possible with almost any budget. The costs depend, among other things, on the area of exhibition floor for which the design is made, the techniques used (e.g. 3D visualization) and the deadline by which we make the design for you.

However, each booth comes with a different price tag. This is because we make sure to personalise the design to your wishes and expectations. 1 – Introduction and inventory of your needs.

With these starting points, we will discuss the possibilities (within your budget) and agree on the deadlines you want us to meet.

Is it also possible to submit your own design ideas to Dutch Expo 360?

Absolutely, we are even very happy about that! Your own design, mood board or an impetus to do so gives our designers a clear idea of your ideas, desires and the style that suits your business. By the way, bringing your own design is certainly not a requirement.

2 – Design phase

With a clear brief in hand, our creative designers get to work. They translate your vision and corporate identity into an effective design. During the design phase, the designers are supported by our technical specialists. They constantly monitor whether all creative concepts can be practically translated within the technical requirements and limits of your trade fair location.

3 – Delivery of first draft and final design

On the agreed date, we deliver the first concept of your trade show booth design. The visualization of the first concept is presented using 3D models if required. This allows you to see immediately how the design will turn out on site. After feedback and adjustments, you will receive the final design a short time later. You will receive these as technical drawings (2D) and 3D visualizations.

Standing out on the show floor is not easy. As an exhibitor, you have to be very good at attracting and keeping the attention of visitors. With unique concepts and eye-catching booth design (custom), you create an inspiring environment that impresses trade show visitors and sets the right tone for closing new deals, agreements and collaborations.

To design, develop and realize a booth design, Dutch Expo 360 needs about 6 to 8 weeks on average. If you have a trade show participation on shorter notice, we recommend that you contact one of our consultants directly. Based on your needs and requirements, we can assess whether Dutch Expo 360 can provide stand design for you even in the shorter term.

  • Modular stand construction is reusable, making it a sustainable alternative to traditional stand construction.
  • Modular stands are very well suited for the participation in international conferences. Thanks to lightweight components, transportation to trade show locations abroad is often considerably cheaper than traditional booth construction.
  • A modular exhibition stand can be safely erected and dismantled in a very short time. Simple coupling methods and lightweight materials also make the erection and dismantling process much less labor-intensive.
  • Costs are lower with frequent trade show participation. Modular booth construction is very popular among companies that are regularly found on the trade show floor.

Most of the conference locations allow the use of modular stands. There are some regulations which include that the height of the stand cannot be higher than the maximum allowed height. The below listed locations (in the Netherlands and Belgium) allow the use of such stands:

As a specialist in international stand construction, Dutch Expo 360 can be used all over the world. Dutch Expo 360 arranges for your booth to be taken care of to perfection even in the farthest corners of the world.

Design and preparation

During an initial meeting, we would like to hear about your wishes, expectations and objectives for your conference participation. With this information in hand, our creative designers get to work. During the design process, the project manager will keep you informed on our progress. Once the design has been approved, we will start building the stand in our workshop in Zeewolde.

Realization and transportation

In our workshop all elements of the exhibition stand are manufactured step by step.
Dutch Expo 360 uses only high quality materials for this so you are assured of a beautiful exhibition stand.
Once the stand is ready, it is transported to the exhibition location.
Dutch Expo 360 has its own transport but also uses air transport for longer distances.

On-site assembly and disassembly

On the agreed date and time, Dutch Expo 360 will be there with its own team of (local) booth builders to build your exhibition booth. Because the construction is always done by our own people, you are assured that all agreements made will be kept. Dutch Expo 360 also takes care of the dismantling.

Storage

If you want to use your exhibition stand built by us more often, Dutch Expo 360 offers (temporary) storage.
We have very competitive rates for storage of international exhibition stands.
The next time you participate in an exhibition (at home or abroad) you only have to pick up the stand from us and transport it to the exhibition location.

The cost of international booth construction depends greatly on the location we need to transport your trade show booth to. The size of the trade show booth and the number of on-site professionals needed also affect the price. We therefore recommend that you request a completely free quote or schedule a personal consultation!

The requirements to be met vary from country to country. Also, a trade show venue is often free to impose additional requirements for trade show booths. Therefore, Dutch Expo 360 always checks for you what the current regulations are at your exhibition site. That way, you can be assured at all times that no problems will arise on site.
